Really fantastic group of people working here. The greeter saw that I was waiting for quite some time and managed to pull another employee from another station to assist me. Quick, friendly, and efficient service. They apologized for the delay - although the wait was not that long at all.

I wish they would better their customer service on Saturday. I came in 5 minutes before closing; and I was not served. They would not say 'sorry' even though I repeatedly said the parking is terrible here

Horrible experience this time. I did my insurance at this location last year and the gentleman helped me was great but this year was completely opposite! The girl did not have any respect for my time, very unfriendly. Will never do my insurance with them again

Went to renew my car insurance. Overall experience is very good. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee for bcaa member. The staff is very friendly too.

It was a terrible experience. The service advisor was very impatient when I questioned about the insurance documentation. At the end, she told me to deal with another broker instead of BCAA. Their manager was trying to ask me as a long time member to renew my insurance with other insurance broker because It was a busy day and my appointment was taking too long(30mins). I understand they were tried to get things done ASAP. However, that’s not an excuse to these unprofessional service.This unpleasant experience could have been avoided but no more BCAA experience in the Richmond location. In fact, you could renew your insurance online in ICBC as of May 2022. Farewell.

This review refers to the company in general. I am delighted with my membership. Used the road side assist several times, and once again today. Friendly, fast service, conscious of my safety. Great value for money, also saves me money. Feel this organization does have very strong focus on its customers and their welfare. .

Went to get my international drivers license and it was done within 5 minutes. Super efficient and fast. (Prepare passport photo ahead of time)
